I have been growing a variety of European Olive, Olea europaea 'Peace', outdoors in Britain since the 1990's and can now offer young trees by post. These trees are suitable for growing outside in the UK and are growing throughout the the UK. Because I am confident of their general hardiness, I offer a 12-month guarantee. Plant an Olive in Remembrance

It can be difficult to know how to help those suffering a bereavement. Often, a plant is chosen as a memorial and an olive tree is a good choice. Choose a message of sympathy when ordering and I will gladly add this to the tree when being packed.

An interesting initiave is Peace Oil which is produced in Israel by Jews, Arabs, Druze and Bedouin working together. The award-winning extra virgin olive oil produced is being sold to encourage co-operation between communities.
